Mashed sweet potatoes with salmon

This dish is ideal for the day before the competition - sweet potatoes with salmon, salad and some linseed. The perfect recipe to the memory to fill.

300g sweet potatoes
200g salmon
20g linseed
5g garlic
40g salad
Parsley (fresh)
A bit of salt
40g almond milk

Sweet potato and garlic mince and cook for about 20 minutes.
Drain water and refine with a little linseed oil, salt, pepper, chilli and almond milk - now puree.
