Paleo tuna avocados

Avocados filled with aromatic tuna are a delicious snack between meals or a quick lunch. seasoned with a little lime juice and onions succeed one in no time a real gourmet snack.

Serves 2 // active: 10 minutes // Total: 10 minutes

2 avocados
120 g Tuna (canned, ideally tomboy)
1 onion
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 pinch (es) salt
1 pinch (n) pepper


Place the tuna in a bowl and season with chopped onion and lime juice, and salt and pepper.
The avocados in half and remove the core. The avocado anritzen in longitudinal and transverse strips, so that these can be better spooned later.
Place the tuna in mass and the avocado halves.

but cold really delicious. The spicy tuna combined with the avocado is a great taste and provides valuable fats and proteins. Must try.
