Paleo bread

4 pcs eggs (size)
235 ml cashew butter (unsweetened, raw)
1 tablespoon honey
2.5 tsp apple cider vinegar
60 ml almond milk
250 g coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil (for smearing the form)

First, preheat the oven to the Paleo Bread 150 degrees. For heating provide a refractory bowl with water on the bottom grill in the oven.
A loaf pan with parchment paper and sprinkle the sides lightly with coconut oil.
Beat egg whites until stiff Meanwhile snow, egg yolks and cashew butter in another bowl mix together. Add almond milk, honey, coconut flour, baking soda, sea salt and vinegar.
In the mass two tablespoons of beaten egg whites fold and stir until it gets smooth. Finally, the remaining egg whites gradually fold in gently.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake the bread for about 45 minutes in the oven until it is crispy and golden brown. (Toothpick test)
After baking the bread allow to cool slightly, loosen from the mold and let cool further.
Let cool over 1 hour before serving The Paleo Bread.
