Coconut sesame chicken

1 teaspoon coconut oil
120 g mayonnaise
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tsp mustard
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 teaspoon pepper
700g chicken breast
60 g sesame seeds
8 tablespoons grated coconut


Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Remove baking tray with baking paper and grease with coconut oil.
