Sweet potato chips with raspberries

A sweet satisfaction after eating offers these healthy Paleo snack from sweet potato, raspberry and coconut flakes.

For this first heat coconut oil in a pan. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut into thin, about 1-2 mm thick slices. If the oil is heated, the sweet potato slices now indulge and crispy on both sides.
Are sweet potatoes ready, add the raspberries and coconut flakes and heat together for a brief moment. If the coconut lightly brown, sweet food for human consumption is prepared.
Let it be well with you and you do not burn your tongue.

ingredients
1/2 sweet potato
1 handful of raspberries
1 handful of coconut flakes or chips
2 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation
1. Heat the coconut oil in a pan. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut into thin, about 1-2 mm thick slices.
2. If the oil is heated, add the sweet potato slices now and until crispy on both sides.
3. Are the potatoes ready, add the raspberries and coconut flakes and together for a brief moment to warm up the coconut flakes are lightly browned.
