Pumpkin Smoothie
THE RECIPE: SWEET PUMPKIN smoothie

Ingredients
1 Hokkaidokürbis
2 bananas
400 ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Preparation
In a large pot heat 2-3 liters of water. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds into quarters, and cut into small pieces. Pour into the boiling water and simmer for about 10-12 minutes. (the pumpkin must be able to sever with a spoon).
Drain the pumpkin pieces and add to the food processor or the blender. Banana, add coconut milk and spices and puree until until a drinkable liquid. If you like the pumpkin smoothie colder, should still add a few ice cubes and crush them with.
Season the pumpkin smoothie to taste with a little lemon juice and serve in Honing and 2-3 large glasses.
