Paleo chocolate cake recipe

In the blog I shared the paleo chocolate cake recipes that come from my kitchen Paleo, hope you got good ideas and that you enjoyed all, for me it took responsibility and effort trying to propose recipes aesthetically pleasing and above all healthy and good to eat.

I think it is appropriate to celebrate with a cake for a big thanks to all of you readers and those who follow me on Facebook, to those who leave a comment and reader in silence, one year with you is important and without you it would not be the same.


Serve: 8 persons
Ingredient
30 grams of grated coconut biological
100 grams of cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt
4 eggs
150 ml of virgin coconut oil
7 tablespoons maple syrup
For Chocolate Icing
50 grams of dark chocolate with 85% cocoa
1 teaspoon of virgin coconut oil

Preparation

In a bowl mix the grated coconut with cocoa, baking soda, salt and vanilla powder.
In another bowl beat the egg yolks with the melted coconut oil and maple syrup.
Combine the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix well by removing any lumps.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and incorporate into the mixture, stirring gently from bottom to top.
Pour the mixture into a baking silicon (diameter 20 cm) or lined with parchment paper.
Bake the cake in the oven at 170 ° C for 35-40 minutes, giving you with your oven and doing the test at the end of cooking with a toothpick, if it comes out clean the cake is ready.
Allow the cake to cool.

Prepare the chocolate glaze: Chop the chocolate and melt in a double boiler along with coconut oil.
Pour the chocolate icing on the cake and let it harden.

Serve.
Tips: This cake is gluten-free, dairy-free and cereals, eaten rarely if you want to lose weight, suitable to celebrate a birthday or a special occasion such as Christmas.
