100g Macadamia nuts (salted)

40 g almonds
40 g Pistachios (chopped)
50 g sunflower seeds
50 g walnuts

Preparation

The Paleo cereal bars, there are countless variations and mixtures. Choose your nuts and dried fruits, depending on the tastes and needs. This is my favorite blend.

Take the macadamia nuts, cashews and walnuts and chop them in a food processor. It allowed small pieces remain calm left, it should be no powder.

Enter the nut mixture into a bowl and mix the almonds, coarsely chopped pistachios, sunflower and pumpkin seeds in.

Enter the dried fruit together with honey and coconut oil in the food processor and mince now this. The oil and the honey facilitate the chop because the ground is a little smoother.

Enter the viscous mass to the remaining mixture and mix well both with a spoon.

Now take a small baking sheet and sprinkle the ground with coconut flakes. Distribute the weight in the sheet and flatten it firmly with a spoon on, so that the ground is now compact the sheet.

Finally, sprinkle the ground and from above with coconut flakes and put the plate for a few hours in the refrigerator. Then simply cut tracks in bar form in the mass and take their final Paleo cereal bars.

The ground is very firm and the coconut flakes facilitate lift the latch. In addition, the fingers are characterized not sticky when eating.
