Paleo Asparagus Broccoli Soup

Asparagus is extremely healthy due to its many minerals, so today I decided to go for an asparagus-broccoli soup. So it contains potassium, which lowers blood pressure and is of great importance for the functioning of nerve impulse lines is calcium, which is an important component of teeth and bones and phosphorus for improved transport, storage and use of energy in the body. You will also be known, that is to its high nitrogen content, which stimulates the kidneys due, the diuretic effect of asparagus. It is asparagus to 93% water to about 2% of proteins, approximately 4% are carbohydrates and only 0.2% are fats. This asparagus is a low-calorie vegetables. However, asparagus for each person, but not necessarily healthy. People who suffer from obesity and dropsy should definitely eat asparagus because of its dehydrating effects. From asparagus consumption on the other hand those people advised against, demonstrate the increased levels of uric acid in the blood, as this could lead to gout episodes. Even people with a tendency to kidney stones should avoid better on asparagus. For everyone else, I can only recommend trying my current recipe for Asparagus Broccoli Soup.
