Paleo Banana Bread recipe

The banana bread in its variations, we had come to appreciate, especially in Central America. Unfortunately, not always with paleo-compliant foods. Today even a version without wheat flour and sugar. As an alternative there are also our Paleo Banana Bread without nuts - that still tastes "bananiger" ...

Paleo Banana Bread
The recipe : Paleo banana bread
For 1 piece // active: 15 minutes // Total: 45 minutes

4 bananas
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 tablespoon honey
2 tbsp coconut oil
200g ground almonds
1 pinch (n) coarse sea salt
1 teaspoon cream of tartar baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon (to taste)


Whisk bananas, eggs, vanilla, honey and fat in a mixing bowl
Almond flour, salt and baking soda under mixing and stirring neat or knead
Spread dough into a loaf tin
Place in the preheated oven and at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. Bake until the desired degree of browning
Remove from the oven and allow to cool

Conclusion: The paleo banna bread taste - but full-bodied
The Paleo Banana Bread is a tasty snack between meals or even for breakfast the next morning. By almond flour and bananas naturally relatively full-bodied, but also conforms to the Stone Age diet. Good to combine with a fresh cup of coffee.
