Low Carb Sandwich

Enjoy the breakfast with  Low Carb Sandwich

Ingredients

20 g bran (oat bran)
1 egg (s)
45 g quark, also Magerquark
1 teaspoon Baking powder
 a little salt, and spices of your choice
 For covering:
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 slice / s ham, sausage or other
1 slice / n cheese

Preparation

Working time: 5 min / Cooking / Baking time: approx. 4 min rest time: approx. 10 min / level of difficulty:. Simple / p calories. P .: not specified

Give oat bran and baking powder into a microwaveable bowl and mix. The Quark and the egg and stir. Season with salt and spices and mix swell for about 10 minutes.

Questions covered for 3 minutes in the microwave. Then turn around and take out open heating at about one minute.

If you like, it can toast again, but I cut it in half will rub it with cream cheese put sausage and cheese to it and give it to the sandwich maker.

If the toast, it can not turn over, bring out the mass, and vice versa press slightly on the bowl of the spoon.
It tastes delicious and the toast was just 7g KH.
