Recipe type: Fitness Food
60g Protein (Egg protein, beef protein or protein Paleo)
5g glucose / dextrose / maltodextrin
30g chia seeds
20g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
40g cranberries or other dried fruits
Chia seeds lodge in a little water and let soak for approximately 5 minutes.
give protein powder, glucose, cocoa powder and cranberries in a bowl - chia seeds add and mix with water. Try it with 4-5 tablespoons water if it's too little, simple yet add a little water - the dough should be sticky properly.
Now cut baking paper in 10cm strips and distribute the dough on it - I have formed 3 large bars with it. Now the dough in wax paper wrap and flatten with your hands and get in shape. Then for 1-2 hours put into the refrigerator, or for about 15 minutes in the freezer.
Now you can get the bolt out of the baking paper and cut protruding edges ... and eat! The remaining tie wrap again in paper and refrigerate.
