Broccoli Beef Pan

We love the simple recipes. The Asian Beef Broccoli pan need only a few basic ingredients, but developed through the right spices a great taste. This recipe we have already nachgekocht with guests and it was great!

Beef Broccoli pan
Serves 2 // Active: 5 Minutes // Total: 20 minutes

Ingredients

500 g beef (we assume Irish beef rump)
700 g broccoli
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon ginger
0.5 Peperoni
4 tbsp sesame oil
1 handful of sesame seeds
1 pinch (es) salt
1 pinch (s) pepper
2 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation

Cut the broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces and about 4-5 min. precooking. Then drain.
Cut the beef into small pieces.
The ginger, the garlic, the peppers and the onions finely chop and fry hot coconut oil in 2 tablespoons. Add the beef and about 3-4 min. let fry.
The broccoli and sesame oil to give and simmer together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, arrange on a plate with sesame seeds dekorieren.Rindfleisch Broccoli pan
Our tip

Beef cut as thin as possible! Optional add something tahini (sesame paste).

A really delicious BEEF RECIPE
If you like it spicy, still takes a bit more of the hot peppers. A shot of lemon juice gives the whole a little more freshness.
