PALEO GRANOLA : SUGAR AND CEREALS


Many falls at Paleo breakfast hardest - especially if you're not an egg is absolutely lovers. Even us from and to the crunchy missing. Therefore today the Paleo variant. And honestly: That's the best granola we've ever had. So you can make sure children in the morning happy.

THE RECIPE: PALEO GRANOLA : SUGAR AND CEREALS
For 600 g // active: 10 minutes // Total: 60 minutes
ingredients

100 g cashew nuts
80 g almonds
80 g coconut flakes
80 g hazelnuts
80 g Brazil nuts
50 g sunflower seeds
50g Chia seeds
50 g coconut oil
30 g honey
1 tsp ground vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 handful If desired: Raisins and dried fruits

Food processor

Preparation

Preheat oven to 140 degrees.
Put all the nuts / flakes / seeds in the food processor or blender and chop.
Coconut oil melting and mixing together with honey and vanilla in a bowl.
The seeds, nuts and coconut flakes add and mix.
Spread mixture on a plate lined with baking paper and for 20-25 min. roast in the oven, while something redeploy 1-2.
Once everything is lightly browned remove from the oven, sprinkle raisins and salt over it, compressing everything until it has a flat surface.
For about 20 min. let cool is hardened to everything, then break into pieces and enjoy.

Our tip

We "spice up" the cereal like to vigorously with cinnamon before it goes into the oven. Gorgeous!

Granola dream - but a very full-bodied
Be careful not too much of snacking, even if it's hard. Of course you can vary all the nuts from the recipe arbitrarily to taste, replace or omit. Tip: Tastes good to coconut milk or almond milk, or to mulled with some coconut milk curd.
