Paleo cocoa cookie almond

Of the perfect recipe, in desserts, paleo, recipes, gluten free, yeast

Ingredients

120 grams of almonds or macadamia nuts
5 tablespoons coconut flour
5 tablespoons of ground almonds
1 egg
4 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (you can 'be omitted)
a pinch of salt
In these chocolate chip cookies I put very little sweetener to hear more bitter cocoa, you can obviously change them according to your taste. Little tip try with macadamia nuts instead of almonds give something extra.

Preparation
In a mixer put the almonds or walnuts and macadamia spezzetare, making sure that they remain even of large pieces.
Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cocoa, salt and mix.
Stir in the egg, oil, honey and water and add to dry ingredients, getting a pasty, sticky dough.
In a sheet of aluminum foil form a long sausage and put it in the freezer for about half an hour, then cut formado cookies about 1 cm thick (you will get about 15 cookies).
Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Allow to cool and serve.
